Responsibilities
The instructor will engage in a variety of learning support and institutional practices, advising, and mentoring of students; identifying and implementing assessment measures to achieve course, program, and college learning outcomes; participating in team-based activities; student cocurricular activities and college governance; incorporating pedagogies that support best learning practices; and expanding of instructional delivery options available to students. Faculty are expected to demonstrate and maintain competence throughout their employment at the college.
Instruction in the following courses may include but not be limited to: Intro to Business, Business English, Office Procedures, and Record Management. The typical teaching load is 30 credit hours. This position will also be responsible for teaching, recruiting, and advising the Business Administration Technology program students at the college.
Qualifications
Associate degree with 4000 hours of relevant industry experience minimum required. Bachelors' Degree in Business Administrative Technology or related field preferred.
Evidence of thorough and accurate knowledge of discipline required. Previous teaching instruction, advising or recruiting in community college or secondary education preferred.

Selection Process
