Responsibilities
Directs institutional assessment process including leading Assessment Committee in planning, implementing, and overseeing assessment plan for the institution. Leads Assessment Committee meetings and Faculty/Staff Assessment Workshops and Professional Development Sessions. Performs analysis of assessment data, shares that analysis with Assessment Committee and directs the sharing of data and gathering feedback from campus groups to use the data to improve student learning. Directs activities of Assessment Committee in collecting and reporting assessment data, ensuring submission and use of data to make improvements. Provides mentoring for faculty and staff in understanding the assessment process and how to develop assessments for program and institutional outcomes. Makes budget requests and oversees budget for the assessment process on campus.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of assessment data analysis and/or academic assessment experience.
Master's Degree in education, business, communication, or similar discipline. Bachelor's degree with extensive experience may be considered in lieu of Master's degree.

Salary Range: Hourly commensurate with education and experience.

Selection Process
The search committee will conduct all minimum qualification appraisals as set forth on the position announcement and job description and reserve the right to limit the number of interviews granted. Meeting the minimum qualifications for a position does not assure the applicant an interview. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified of the time and place of the interview.
