Job Summary:
The student worker will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Outreach. This position requires a person who can work independently with minimal supervision. Student must demonstrate strong time management skills. Confidentiality is a must.
Job Duties:
Varied clerical tasks within the Outreach Department; Copying, filing, sorting and compiling various hard copy of information; Create Marketing Tools to be used in recruiting concurrent students; Running errands on campus.; Word processing and/or data entry into spreadsheets as required; Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Task Competencies:
Equipment Used: Personal computer and related equipment (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, printer, monitor, keyboard, telephone, shredding machine, copier, etc.)
Software Used: Microsoft Office Word/Excel, Internet
Environmental Conditions: Office setting
Physical Requirements: Sitting for extended periods, prolonged exposure to Computer monitors, some traversing between campus buildings.

Dress Code:
Casual, modest attire. Shirts should cover shoulders, no low-cut shirts, shirts should not show any midriff, no vulgar or offensive print. Appropriate bottoms - Pants/skirts/dresses/shorts should be at least finger-tip length with no large holes/tears. Any shoes are acceptable: sandals, tennis shoes, dress shoes, etc.
