Job Duties:
Copying, filing, making new file folders, assisting instructors with grading or classroom prep work, answering phones, data entry, and assisting with other duties assigned.
Skills Needed:
Customer friendly; able to alphabetize, basic computer skills, basic office equipment knowledge; ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
Dress Code:
Casual, modest attire. Shirts should cover shoulders, no low-cut shirts, shirts should not show any midriff, no vulgar or offensive print. Appropriate bottoms - Pants/skirts/dresses/shorts should be at least finger-tip length with no large holes/tears. Any shoes are acceptable: sandals, tennis shoes, dress shoes, etc.
Other:
Work location is off-campus at Epworth Adult Learning Center located at 520 N. Washington, approximately 12 blocks from campus. Student will need reliable transportation to commute between campus and ALC.
